DIZON, NAGHALIN NA BILANG BASES AND CONVERSION DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY CHIEF

Naghalin na bilang Bases and Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) president si Vince Dizon.

Matapos ini nagsumiter sang irrevocable resignation sa iya pwesto epektibo Oktubre 15, 2021.

Ini ang ginpakigbahin subong nga adlaw, Lunes, sa hearing sa Senado sa proposed 2022 budget sang BCDA.

Antes gin-endorso ang budget sang BCDA para sa plenary approval, nagpamangkot pa si panel chairman Senador Sonny Angara angot sa paghalin Dizon sa iya pwesto.

“Has Secretary Dizon resigned already formally from BCDA?” pamangkot ni Angara.

Ginkumpirmar naman ni BCDA Executive Vice President Aileen Zosa nga naghalin na sa pwesto si Dizon.

“Mr. Chairman, the resignation letter of president Vince Dizon to the President has an effectivity date of his resignation on October 15,” pahayag ni Zosa.

Nagdugang pa sang pamangkot si Angara kung ginbaton naman ini sang Malakanyang.

Yari ang sabat ni Zosa:

“This is correct. I think it was an irrevocable resignation but he will stay in the Cabinet, Mr. Chair… for the anti-COVID efforts of the government.”

Matandaan nga magluwas nga nangin BCDA president, ginpangalanan man si Dizon bilang deputy chief implementer sang gobyerno para sa COVID-19 response sadtong nakaligad nga tuig.
