Lake sa Nepal ginkilala bilang ‘Birding Paradise’

Ginkilala bilang “birding paradise” ang Jagardishpur Lake nga makit-an sa Nepal bangud 30 ka mga nanari-sari nga species sang pispis ang makita diri.

Nalakip sa nakita amo ang Pheasant-tailed Jacanas nga yara sa naaminhan nga bahin sang lake samtang makita naman sa nasidlangan nga bahin ang Bagale Simkukhura kag Hari Hans.

“The whole area is resonating with calls of the birds. Keen birders and visitors alike are spellbound by the activities of the birds,” suno kay Hemsagar Baral, senior ornithologist.

Dugang pa, makita man sa lake ang Scaly-breasted Munia, Red Avadavat, Little Grebe, Purple Heron, White-breasted Waterhen, Lesser Whistling Duck, Bronde Winged Jacana, Cotton Pygmy Goose kag Common Moorhen.

Kapin 157 ka hektarya ang kalapadon sang lake kag wala labot sang mga pispis, may yara ini sang 43 nga espesyi sang isda, 42 ka reptilya, kag 10 ka amphibian.
