Bacolod City, Negros Occidental-Gin-endorso sa National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19 kahapon nga adlaw ang apelar ni Mayor Evelio Leonardia angot sa moratorium sang Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) kag Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs).
Ang endorsement ang ginpirmahan ni Western Visayas RIATF chair Juan Jovian Ingeniero, nga sa karon regional director sang Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) kagWestern Visayas RTF chair Jose Roberto Nuñez, regional director sang Office of Civil Defense-Department of National Defense (OCC-DND-6).
Ini ang ipatuhoy sa NTF chair kag Department of National Defense secretary Delfin Lorenzana, vice chair DILG secretary Eduardo Año, kag COVID-19 Response chief implementer Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr.
Nagpangabay si Mayor Leonardia sang paglimitar sa biyahe sang mga LSIs kag OFWs.
Palayag ni Leonardia:
“If this is approved, it will be a reprieve for our health workers and frontlines after working non-stop for months. And if we lengthen our curfew hours and strictly impose our health protocols in addition, we will have a better chance in slowing down the COVID-19 spread.”
