CAMBODIA– Nagalaum si Philippine Sports Commission Chairman nga si Dickie Bachmann sang improvement sa Philippine National Athletes sa ranking sa maabot nga Southeast Asian Games nga matabo sa Cambodia sa Mayo.
May kabilugan nga 905 ka mga Filipino athletes ang magapartisipar sa Mayo 5 tubtob 17 sa nasambit nga event.
“I don’t want to project. [We] are just trying to take care of the athletes, with their allowances, with their food. For projection, if I go the Alaska way, it’s always ‘good enough never is.’ [We want to] always improve. So if we were fourth place last year, then hopefully we can improve this year.” suno kay Bachmann.
Sang nagligad nga SEA Games sa Vietnam, yara sa ika-apat nga pwesto ang Pilipinas nga may 52 gold medals, 70 silvers kag 104 bronze.
Apang sadtong 2019 Manila Sea Games, nakakuha ang Pilipinas sang 149 ka gold medals.
