Guerrero, gin-raid sang mga tauhan sang BOC-port of Iloilo Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (CIIS), Enforcement and Security Service – Customs Police Division (ESS-CPD), mga katapo sang Philippine National Police kag opisyal sang Barangay ang isa ka bodega sa Brgy. Villamonte sa Bacolod City.
Nadiskubre nila ang mga nasambit nga second hand ukay-ukay nga kalakip na diri ang mga bayo, sapatos, bag, bed sheet, kag mga kurtina.
Gilayon naman nga ginpaidalom sa imbentaryo ang mga nakumpiskar nga ukay-ukay nga ginpatigayon sang BOC.
“Further investigation will be conducted for possible filing of charges against the owner of the said items for violation of RA 4653 which “prohibits the commercial importation of used clothing and rags to safeguard the health of the people and maintain the dignity of the nation,” palayag sang BOC.
