China Coast Guard ships nakabunggo sa Pinoy vessels

Duha ka Chinese ships ang nakabunggo sa duha ka sakayan sang mga Pinoy sa ginapatigayon nga resupply mission sa BRP SIERRA MADRE sa Ayungin Shoal, suno sa National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea (NTF-WPS) sang Domingo, Oktubre 22, 2023.

Base sa opisyal nga pahayag sang task force, ginakabig ini nga “provocative, irresponsible and illegal” bangud posible nga nahalitan ang crew sang Filipino vessels.

“The National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea (NTF-WPS) condemns in the strongest degree the latest dangerous, irresponsible, and illegal actions of the CCG and the Chinese Maritime Militia done this morning, in violation of Philippine sovereignty, sovereign rights and jurisdiction and in utter blatant disregard of the United Nations Charter, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGS) and relevant international maritime conventions, and the 2016 Arbitral Award,” dugang pa sang NTF-WPS.

Samtang nagpaguwa na sang pahayag ang CCG angut sa natabo.

Suno sa CCG, “lawful” ang ila pagbalabgag sa mga sakayan bangud nag-“trespass” ang mga ini.
