Nakasulat sa Administrative Order No. 5 ang pagbulig sang mga local government units, government agencies kag iban pa sa Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas sa maabot nga FIBA World Cup.
Pahayag pa ni Pres. Marcos nga magahatag sang suporta sa PSC kag SBP ang mga heads sang government department, bureaus, government-owned ukon controlled corporations, state universities kag colleges.
Nalakip diri ang paghatag sang materials, pieces of equipemt, support services kag donations.

Matabo ang FIBA sa Pilipinas sa maabot nga Agosto 25 tubtob Setyembre 10, 2023.
Ika-anum naman ini ka beses sang Pilipinas nga makigbahin sa FIBA samtang ika-duha ini ka beses nga nangin host ang pungsod matapos sadtong 1978.
